Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
Once upon a time
A Magical Taste of Wonderland
was brought forth from the realm of fantasy into reality
having climbed up through an enchanted rabbit hole
into the fabulous picturesque village of Croft on the banks of the river Tees, this expedition also includes the little market town of
RICHMOND North Yorkshire.
All inspired by Lewis Carroll,
author of the extraordinary tales of
”Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland”.
Lewis Carroll moved to Croft on Tees in 1843
attended his first School in RICHMOND in 1844
before finally matriculating at Oxford University 1850,
not in literature as one would think,
but paradoxically in mathematics.
Everything we think we know is hardly ever what it seems...
